General Information

Every attempt is made to represent our items accurately. We just wanted to add an extra note that sometimes the color may appear slightly different in real life than it does on your monitor. We retain the copyrights on all images and writings on all of our sites. Nothing is to be duplicated without express written permission from us.  

Shipping Information

What are your shipping costs? 

We currently offer free shipping on all items. 

How long before my item ships? 

Please allow two to four days for photo wall art to ship, and up to 14 days after shipping to receive your item. 

Please allow up to 7 days for photo gift items to ship, and another 4 to 7 days to receive.

Ready-made sculptures will ship within 3 business days. 

What shipping methods do you use? 

Most photo items will ship via UPS Mail Innovations or FedEx Ground. 

Sculptures will ship via U.S. First Class or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance.

What is your refund policy?

Returns

•  You have 3 days from the date you received your item to contact us if there is a problem. 

•  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

•  There are no refunds on photo items or custom sculptures unless the item has been damaged in transit or there is a defect caused by the manufacturer.

•  If there is a defect or damage, we will need photos of the packaging and the item within 3 days for insurance purposes and to send a replacement (for photo items).

•  Please note that all sculptures, paintings, plates, boxes, and drawings are one-of-a-kind, and cannot be replaced.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Shipping:  You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.

The shipping costs you paid when you ordered the items are non-refundable.
